Content & Licensing Policy

1. Permitted Content

DigiArte allows the sale of high-quality digital design files, including CNC router, laser, plasma, 3D relief, 3D printing and embroidery files, vectors and 3D models. All content must be original or properly licensed for resale.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, or transmit any content that:

• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, abusive, harassing, degrading, intimidating, fraudulent, deceptive, invasive, racist, or contains any type of suggestive, inappropriate, or explicit language.
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

3. Licensing

Every file sold on DigiArte is licensed to the buyer under the DigiArte File License. It allows personal and commercial use of the file to make physical products, and does not allow sharing or reselling the digital file itself. Custom work may carry additional terms agreed in writing between the buyer and the creator.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for the content they upload and must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to sell the assets.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with the license terms of the assets they purchase.
