These Terms govern your use of DigiArte (digiarte.io), a global marketplace for digital art, CNC/CAD/CAM files, and related design assets. By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms.

1. Marketplace role

DigiArte provides a platform connecting buyers and creators. Creators set their own base prices. DigiArte may add platform service fees to the buyer checkout total; fee percentages are not disclosed in the public UI. DigiArte is not a party to the license between buyer and creator except as escrow agent for payment settlement.

2. Digital licenses & delivery

Unless a listing states otherwise, purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the buyer’s permitted use of the digital files. Source files, commercial redistribution, or manufacturing-for-sale rights require an explicit commercial license on the listing.

3. Escrow & payments

Card and local payments may be held in escrow or pending verification before release to the creator. Manual gateways (e.g. bKash, Nagad) require transaction verification. DigiArte may reverse or withhold funds for fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

4. Taxes

Buyers and creators are responsible for taxes applicable in their jurisdictions. Where Stripe Tax or similar is enabled, estimated tax may appear at checkout. Multi-entity tax IDs and data residency preferences may be stored for compliance.

5. Disputes & SLA

Disputes must be opened within the stated window after delivery. DigiArte aims to respond within the configured SLA; breaches trigger admin alerts. Outcomes may include refund, partial refund, or release to the creator.

6. Prohibited conduct

Do not upload malware, infringing IP, personal contact harvesting, or content that violates law. Automated scraping of the marketplace without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiArte’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid DigiArte in the three months preceding the claim. Digital goods are provided as-is once downloaded after successful payment.
